We strive to provide a supportive and empowering environment that encourages men to master the challenges of family, work while staying true to their deepest life’s purpose. Through shared experiences, resources, and mentorship, we inspire and motivate each other to achieve our individual and collective goals.

This group is not for just hanging out, it is not for complaints and negativity. We are about active participation. We are about being the leader of your life. Our gatherings will begin with mindfulness exercises, breath work, and teachings to align everyone’s energy and elevate awareness. We will close each meeting with supportive brotherhood.

Sharing your authentic self, revealing your innermost thoughts and feelings – this can be a vulnerable and intense experience. But, when you summon the courage to speak your truth and be seen there is a power and beauty that will change your life. That is the power of this sacred container.

In my experience, men’s groups often provide a space to:

1. Foster close connections with other men
2. Examine what it means to be a man in contemporary times
3. Engage in masculine rituals
4. Receive feedback
5. Encourage open and honest expression

Upon signing up, you’ll be committing to an in-person meeting once a month on Sunday from 7pm-9pm. Each circle is focused on enhancing the quality of your life through embodiment, mindfulness practices, meaningful conversations, and exploring personal depth. Attendance is a must, unless prior arrangements are made with the group. This circle is dedicated to promoting growth and change, with accountability and the support of like-minded men at its core.
